01How do I find my IMEI?
Dial *#06# on your phone, or check Settings → General → About. It’s a 15-digit number unique to your device.
02How long does an unlock take?
Most services are fast — each service page shows its estimated turnaround. Server-based unlocks and IMEI checks are quickest; some device-connected jobs take a little longer.
03Is the unlock permanent?
Yes — a factory/carrier unlock is permanent and survives software updates and resets. A few bypass services can re-lock if the device is reset; that’s clearly noted on those service pages.
04Will I lose my data?
No. Our remote services don’t erase your photos, apps or files.
05Do you unlock lost or stolen phones?
No. We refuse blacklisted, lost or reported-stolen devices. You can verify blacklist status with an IMEI check before ordering.
06What payment methods do you accept?
