Questions

Do I get your suppliers or your prices?

No. You connect your own suppliers and set your own prices. Any supplier that speaks the DHRU standard connects in the admin.

How does the Connected plan fulfil orders?

Your site sends every order to UnlockMyIMEI through its built-in connection, and the result comes back to your customer under your brand. You keep a wholesale balance with us and pay per order at your wholesale rate; what you charge your customers is up to you. There are no supplier settings on a Connected site — we are its supplier.

Can I change the design?

Full copy: yes — it is your code. Hosted: your name, logo, colours, pictures and content through the admin; the layout stays ours.

Does a hosted site get updates?

Yes, every update and fix we ship, as we ship it. A full copy is delivered as it is on the day; updates are not included.

Can I resell the full copy?

No. The licence covers one business and one website. Reselling or redistributing the code is not allowed.

Is there support?

Setup help is included: we get you connected and live. Anything beyond that is by agreement.
